Ofcom today commence round two of community radio licensing – but are only inviting submissions from the Southwest of England and Central Wales.
Overwelmed by responce the first time around in September 2004 when nearly 200 applications were submitted, Ofcom have decided to approach the second round on a region-by-region basis, rather than from all over the UK at the same time.
