Adrian Stewart, programme director of Bauer's Magic 105.4 has been poached by Global Radio's Heart 106.2 to replace outgoing PD Mark Browning.
The news, [link=http://www.brandrepublic.com/MediaWeek/News/Radio/844940/Globals-Heart-poaches-Magic-programme-director-Stewart/]reported[/link] late on Tuesday by Media Week, says a Global Radio spokesperson confirmed he would be joining as programme director but declined to make any further comment.
The move is the second is as many weeks, with Magic's commercial programming director Liz Parkin also leaving her current role in November to join Heart as head of commercial programming for the whole network.
Both Stewart and Parkin worked with Global's executive director Richard Park last year when he was programming Magic 105.4.
