Listeners will be able to join Lynda Bryans each weekday from 12.00 until 15.00 for U105 Lunch – a lifestyle based show – on 105.8FM from Monday 14th November.
Bursting with regular guests dropping in to discuss what?s going on in the world from showbiz to shopping, every day U105 Lunch will also feature advice on financials, life, love and relationships and even what?s in season at the farmer?s market for listeners to rustle up in the kitchen!
Presenter Lynda Bryans said; ?I’m delighted to be a part of Belfast’s newest radio station. I began my broadcasting career on radio at the BBC and it’s the one thing in my broadcasting profile that I’ve really missed in recent years. It’ll be the sort of show I’d like to listen to myself and I feel there’s nothing on the local radio schedules anywhere offering anything like it at the moment! It’s a great opportunity and I hope listeners will like what they hear.”
Listeners will be able to contribute to all aspects of the show by phone, email or text message. Lynda will be happy to take calls from listeners – especially during the advice spot from 14.30 each day.
With Christmas just around the corner, Lynda will be asking if it?s best to leave the shopping until Christmas Eve, when they say it?s the time to pick up the best bargains and whether internet Christmas shopping is all it?s cracked up to be. She?ll welcome thoughts from seasoned shoppers and the not so expert shoppers too!
There?ll be a resident doctor on hand each week to offer advice on that week?s most topical health issues and a psychologist/parenting expert will be in studio to discuss family issues which will no doubt strike a chord with many listeners. ?Time For You? will be a weekly chat with a life coach about how to deal with current obstacles and blocks in career, love life and relationships.
