A petition to wind up Laser Broadcasting Limited, owner of various radio stations across the UK, including Bath FM, QuayWest, Sunshine and Fresh Radio, has been published.
Recent reports suggest the company has been in financial trouble for sometime, with legal action being taken for [link=https://radiotoday.co.uk/news.php?extend.3842.2]failing to pay rent[/link] at QuayWest 102.4, and lack of payment for presenters at Fresh Radio in Skipton.
In February 2008, a petition to Wind Up Fresh Radio was published, but station bosses dismissed this as being a formality for an old company name, and the station would be continuing as normal.
