KCR loses half its audience

Merseyside station 106.7 KCR has halved its already small audience, and gone from 4,000 to just 2,000 listeners this quarter, but with a record high average hours of 32.30.

Last quarter, the stations average hours per listeners stood at 11.90, but has risen 171 per cent to what is thought to be the biggest figure ever of 32.
The station was recently purchased by Polaris Media from founder Ray Ferguson, who bought the station back from TLRC after a failed re-launch as The Rocket.
