The Heart stations in Essex are the latest to combine as part of the Global Radio re-structure.
The new ‘mini regional’ merged Heart Colchester and Heart Essex at 10am this morning, with hit music station Ten 17 rebranding to join them on Monday morning at 6am.
The Ten 17 website has already been re-skinned with Heart red and the top story in the carousel tells listeners ‘Heart is coming’. Martin and Su will front the new breakfast show on the station.
Also on Monday morning, Mercury Crawley will combine with Heart Sussex to form Heart Sussex and Surrey, Mercury Watford will relaunch as Heart Hertfordshire.
