Classic FM does a Flash Mob in Morrisons

There’s a headline we didn’t think we’d ever write at Radio Today, but it’s all true. Check out the video created for the station’s 20th.

This Flash Mob was filmed at Morrisons in Camden – with 18 musicians, 1 conductor and 8 singers performing for shocked shoppers and workers. The music played was Handel’s Zadok the Priest – the first ever piece played on Classic FM 20 years ago.

    Watched the video, great stuff, I remember listening to Classic FM 20 years ago to the day, it is still one of my favorite British Radio stations.

    I recall the first few weeks too. The music was a treat, unlike the adverts which I believe were just two – Kleenex Tissues and DHL!!!
    I used to drive to work every day with Henry Kelly………But John Suchet is now a favourite of mine.

    I
