Rock FM advertise alternative breakfast

Rock FM has been giving away free bacon rolls to anyone re-tuning from Radio 1, following the departure of Chris Moyles.

Promotional staff have been out across Lancashire on busy roads in key towns where there were queues of listeners driving to school and work. Message boards saying “Bite into a new breakfast show – Hywel & Jamie’s Breakfast Adventure – Monday to Friday 6am – 10am” were displayed.

So what have you been doing to entice listeners from BBC Radio 1 since Chris Moyles left? Send us your news and photos to [email protected] and we’ll feature them in an upcoming edition of eRADIO.

Rock FM is owned by Bauer Media, broadcasting from Preston and serving Lancashire.
