Capital FM has secured singer Justin Timberlake to guest host this year’s Summertime Ball, taking place at Wembley Stadium in June.
The news was announced on Capital FM breakfast shows across the network this morning.
Justin was recently named as one of Time Magazine’s 100 Most Influential People in the World and has won six Grammy and four Emmy awards.
Tickets are on sale today to VIP and Vodafone customers, with general tickets going on sale on Friday.
This year’s Summertime Ball will be the 5th time the station has put on the event, which is expected to attract around 80,000 people on June 9th. It supports the station’s charity, Help a Capital Child with a donation being made from the proceeds of the event.
