Signal Radio is on the lookout for a new breakfast presenter, as Senior Programme Controller Chris Buckley revealed at the recent JockFest event.
The move comes as host Perry Spiller leaves the UTV station to join BBC Radio Stoke.
Chris and Group Programme Director Terry Underhill are currently searching for someone to fill the role on Signal 1 – which is the biggest station in the group’s portfolio.
Chris Buckley broke the news of Perry’s departure in front of an audience of presenters and producers at the recent Alton Towers event saying: “Breakfast shows on flagship stations don’t come up that often, so if you know anyone half decent, or fresh new talent, please let me know”
