Global Radio hires former BBC Director

Emma Bradley is taking on the role of Director of Communities and Charities at Global Radio, reporting direct to Group CEO Stephen Miron.

Most recently at the BBC as Head of Media Engagement, and formerly Director of Marketing and Fundraising for BBC Children in Need, Emma has also worked in marketing for brands such as British Airways and Thomson Holidays.

Emma’s main role will be to manage Corporate Social Responsibility and charity activity across the Global Radio brands and the in house charities; Help a Capital Child, Help a London Child, Have a Heart the Classic FM Foundation and Choice Music Potential

On joining Global Radio, Emma said: “I’m thrilled to be joining Global at such an exciting time. I believe there is great potential to grow the company’s footprint in corporate responsibility and I’m looking forward to encouraging our 20 million listeners to engage further with our causes, raise even more money for our charities and help change lives”.
