Eight month-old 100.4 Smooth FM beat off competition from the BBC and Heart 106.2 to pick up one of three awards for their “Go with the Flow” launch marketing campaign. The “Best Off-Air Station Marketing Campaign” was also entered by Heart, the BBC and Galaxy.
The Best On-Air Promotional Trailer was awarded to TalkSport for “TalkSport in the Night” from a list of seven including the BBC and Radio Aire.
Best On-Air Promotion/Co-Promotion went to Virgin for their ‘Red Hot Royale’ promotion from six contenders including Galaxy and the BBC.
