Sussex Surrey Radio Ltd has submitted an application to OFCOM for a licence to operate
Susy Radio as a full time Community Radio Station for Redhill and Reigate.
The outcome of the application should be known early in the New Year, and if successful, Susy Radio hopes to start broadcasting in Autumn/Winter 2005.
Whatever the result, this is a culimination of 10 years of hard work in putting on highly successful trial broadcasts and charity fund-raisers in the East Surrey area.
