Popular presenter Ronan Kelly makes a return to the airwaves to host 105 Morning on 105.8FM from 9.00am to 12 noon each weekday from Monday 14th November.

?Musically, I’ll be introducing the listener to something that’s close to my own heart ? ?The Attic Collection?. Each morning, I’ll play two records, back-to-back, from the vast collection of singles and LPs I’ve collected over the years. I have a ‘thing’ about attics. I grew up in a house that didn’t have one and was always fascinated by what people had in theirs. I got my first attic in 1998 when I moved to where I now live. My ‘beloved’ attic is now home to over ten thousand records of all types. I really enjoy delving into the boxes that contain many wee gems that I’ve either bought or been given since the 60’s. Even though they take up lots of space, I would never part with ?The Attic Collection?. I want to share it with everyone listening to U105.”
Former firefighter turned presenter, Ronan, has 25 years experience in the broadcasting business. His congenial style of presenting has brought him success on both radio and television. It?s 10 years since he broadcast programmes like Six Tonight, Ronan On The Road, You?re On, Holiday Ireland and UTV Live at Six and he?s really looking forward to coming back ?home? again to UTV.
