John Myers, now Chief Executive of GMG Radio Group will return for one night only to the radio station he launched in 1993.
To help celebrate the 13th anniversary of Carlisle-based CFM on April the 14th, the Friday Night Phone-In will return hosted by Myers, who was also Managing Director of parent company Border Radio Holdings.
Myers told RadioToday.co.uk: “I’m looking forward to recreating some of that Friday night fun we used to have on air all those years ago. It’ll be great to be back on the airwaves in my home town….it’s been a long time….we’ve got lots of catching up to do!”
The show will be broadcast on Good Friday the 14th April 2006 from 10pm on CFM (around north/west Cumbria on 96.4, 102.2, 102.5 and 103.4 FM) and online at cfmradio.com.
