It is with considerable sadness that Chrysalis Group plc announces today that Charles Levison, Deputy Chairman and Non-Executive Director, died on Friday 7 July 2006 aged 64. Mr Levison had served as a Non- Executive Director on the Chrysalis Board for 14 years and as Deputy Chairman for 10 of those years.

With over 30 years experience in the music, television, video and radio business, he bought a wealth of experience to the Board as well as a huge sense of enthusiasm, fun and passion for all things Chrysalis. He will be sorely missed by everyone.’
