Former heavily-fined Kiss 100 DJ Bam Bam is set to take over the evening show on Capital Radio London from March 12th. He was released from his Emap contract last year after attracting the largest ever radio fine whilst hosting the Kiss 100 breakfast show.
Capital 95.8's Programming Director Scott Muller says: "Bam Bam is an absolutely exceptional and unique personality, and I'm incredibly excited he's joining the Capital team".
Speaking about his new show on Capital 95.8 Bam Bam says: "This is a move that I have quietly hoped for for nearly 3 years. I'm joining a very impressive team at Capital 95.8 and I can't wait to get back on the air in London – the world's greatest radio battleground. I've spent a lot of time with Scott Muller and his grasp on radio is far superior to any other programmer I've ever worked with. I am very excited."
Bam Bam joins Johnny Vaughan, James Cannon, Chris Brooks, Lucio Buffone and Tony Shepherd.
