96.3 Rock Radio has created a sponsorship deal which could be the perfect partnership. The GMG classic rock station has joined forces with the Scottish Rocks basketball team station to become official radio partner of Scotland's only professional players.
Rock Radio will support the season long partnership with extensive on-air, news and online coverage of the team’s progress.
Billy Anderson, managing director for Rock Radio said, “The Scottish Rocks are a perfect fit for the station in exactly the right location. We are delighted to be working together and will actively support player coach Sterling Davis, and his team”.
The Rocks compete in the BBL (Britain's top professional league) and play at the 4,000 seat Braehead Arena offering an action-packed day full of fun. Not only will you see world class sporting competition and the fabulous Rockettes dancers but from this Sunday Rockin’ music and chat from Rock DJ match day announcers Ciaran O’Toole and Kieron Elliott.
