Let the ratings spin commence

Four times a year, radio stations and their PR departments release details of their best performing stations. But once again Radio Today will be delving deeper than the press release to bring you another day of facts, figures, reports and graphs as RAJAR results for Q3 2007 are released.

Stations reporting for the first time this quarter and Easy Radio and Yarr Radio, whilst Town and Country Broadcasting will enjoy a new group report for the first time.

Obvious name changes this quarter includes The Saint changing to Radio Hampshire, Classic and Capital Gold changing to just Gold, and Chrysalis Radio groupings will now be known as Global Radio.

Recent RAJAR news includes the appointment of David Mansfield as chairman, replacing Lord Gordon of Strathblane, CBE, who retired earlier this year after four years in the post.

Good luck to all stations from RadioToday.co.uk
