Whilst UTV's talkSPORT and talk107 enjoy static if not slightly higher ratings this quarter, some of the groups local stations are suffering. Radio Wave is down five per cent since this time last year, taking it to an all time low, and Signal One drops three per cent audience share since last quarter.
Northwest station Wish FM drops from 9.5 per cent to 8.4, whilst Wire FM increases year on year and quarter on quarter to 8.5 per cent. The Pulse, Wave 96.4, Imagine FM and Swansea Sound all stay around the same percentage, if not increasing slightly.
However, 107.7 The Wolf is continuing on a downward trend cutting half its audience in recent years. The station, whilst staying the same this quarter, once enjoyed over 72,000 reach but now stands at 43,000.
