BBC Radio 3 presenter Andy Kershaw appeared in court today accused of breaching a restraining order for a second time. He is alleged to have approached his ex-partner last week on the Isle of Man, and was arrested on Saturday night.
Reports say Andy spoke to his ex Juliette Banner whilst drinking coffee with her new partner near the harbour in Peel. He was given a three-month suspended jail term last month.
