Bauer is getting ready to take Emap’s radio stations to ‘even greater heights’ according to David Goodchild, managing director of H. Bauer Publishing. And Heinz Bauer is more than ready for the upcoming international expansion.
Further details about what the German magazine company plans to do with 38 radio stations are expected to be announced later today at a press conference in Hamburg.
“The planned purchase of Emap fits perfectly with our current strategy for international expansion” comments Heinz Bauer.
“The Emap portfolio contains some of the strongest brands in the UK both in radio and magazines. We look forward to working with both teams in building the business to even greater heights,” says Goodchild.
