Alan Dedicoat back in Devon

Voice of the Balls Alan Dedicoat returned to the local radio station he worked at before landing a job at BBC Radio 2 in 1987.

Dedicoat was breakfast presenter at BBC Radio Devon for four years, and spent an hour on-air yesterday to help celebrate the stations 25th anniversary.
Alan joined a number of former Radio Devon presenters who made guest appearances through the day including Craig Rich, Tony Beard and the first voice to be heard on the station, Chris Loughlin.
Dedicoat said: "It's a delight to be asked back to the station where I spent my formative years, learning my trade. To be honest, I'm grateful for any excuse to return to the South West, it's my favourite part of the world!"
