Global Radio's 97.3 LBC FM has made their operations and compliance manager redundant.
Rob Hooker, who joined the station seven years ago is currently on leave but officially finishes today, according to The Guardian.
A spokesperson for LBC said the redundancy was "part of an ongoing management restructure since Jonathan Richards took over as programming director last year".
"A lot of the duties Rob is doing will be taken on by Jonathan and also some of the production team."
