New sound for UK stations

Dallas based jingle company JonesTM have added 14 new stations to their UK portfolio this month, including Belfast’s Citybeat and the entire KM Radio Group in Kent.

Four CN stations have been rebranded from Touch FM to Touch Radio. Midlands Programme Director Steve Hyden said: “We are delighted with the production and individual show elements which have provided a new feel to our brand across the Midlands.”
In Kent, all seven stations in the KM Radio group have also launched new jingles from JonesTM.
JonesTM’s British Creative Director Chris Stevens said: “A strong brand is so important and sung jingles are still an incredibly powerful way for stations to improve their recall amongst listeners.”
Steve confirmed to RadioToday.co.uk that the Touch Brand will also expand later this Spring when 107.3 Touch Radio Warwick launches from a brand new Studio Complex based in Warwickshire — the new Media Centre for CN Radio Midlands will also house 102 Touch Radio Stratford, 96.2 Touch Radio Coventry and 107.1 Rugby FM.
