BBC Radio Manchester's Ian Cheesman is doing his own bit for Sport Relief by running a lap at each of Greater Manchester's four Premier League football clubs.
He will also cover the distance between each of them on foot, covering almost 30 miles in one day.
Ian says: "When I heard Sport Relief was coming up, I put my hand up straight away to take on a challenge. I've run marathons in the past and I love the physical challenge. If the people of Greater Manchester would like to come out and cheer me on or even run part of the route with me, that would be fantastic."
Updates on his progress will be broadcast on BBC Radio Manchester.
