Supermac's Radio Dream Team

Legendary England and Newcastle striker Malcolm Macdonald is to present a second series on footballing heroes for Real and Century Radio.

The half-hour weekly shows called Supermac’s Dream Team involve Malcolm MacDonald in conversation with footballing champions from the past, creating his own dream team over the weeks.
Gillette will sponsor the series for an 11 week run across the five regional stations.
The series is being produced by independent production company Campbell Davison Media, who also produce programming for the national BBC networks including 606 on Radio Five Live.
The programme begins on Wednesday 12th March and will complement Gillette’s current Champions campaign involving Thierry Henry, Tiger Woods and Roger Federer.
It is GMG Radio's second series presented by Macdonald, who can be heard weekdays on Century Radio in the North East. The first, Upfront with Malcolm Macdonald, featured interviews with the likes of Joe Royle, Ian Wright and Peter Beardsley.
