Century Radio in the North East is launching a new show this weekend to promote their weekday breakfast hosts Scott and Ben.
The Sunday Safe Cracker show will broadcast from 10am to 1pm. Listeners will be invited on air to try their luck at cracking a code for a safe containing ₤1,000.
Kevin Howard, programme director at Century Radio, said: “The new show will give Scott and Ben the chance to chat to their audience much more and for listeners to interact with the station.”
Century Radio has traditionally broadcast a gameshow-style programme on Sundays. Previous incarnations have included Fun on the Phones presented by John Morgan and more recently, The Sunday Lunchtime Gameshow presented by former Metro Radio presenter [link=https://radiotoday.co.uk/news.php?extend.2106]Lee Finan[/link].
