The return of the chameleon

The famous Listen in Colour strapline and chameleon-based logo for Jazz FM is returning to promote the relaunch of the digital only station later this year.

Marketing company WARL, which handled the marketing for the station before it was renamed Smooth FM, has been appointed by The Local Radio Company to handle the launch.

TLRC chief executive Richard Wheatly and financial director Alistair Mackenzie were part of the team which sold Jazz to GMG in 2002, but will now bring back the station under a three year licence deal.
