Food promotion for City Talk

Liverpool talk station, City Talk 105.9, is running an new campaign called Talking Taste, in conjunction with 12 of the city’s restaurants.

The campaign sees top restaurants selling £50 food and drink vouchers at a price of £25 via City Talk’s website, to help fight the impact of the credit crunch on the hospitality industry.
Eateries including Negresco, Sapporo Teppanyaki, and St John’s @ Sir Thomas Hotel will benefit from £4500 worth of on air advertising and features on City Talk, yet the only outlay to the restaurant is the trade cost of the £50 vouchers.
The campaign launched on Friday 2nd October with fifty vouchers available for Alma De Cuba based in an 18th Century church, selling out in under 2 hours.
