The nominations for the 2008 NDL Radio Academy Promotions and Marketing Awards have been announced.
Out of the 35 nominees, Global/GCap has ten, Bauer gets nine, the BBC gain eight and GMG Radio are nominated for five – including for the launch of Rock Radio in Manchester.
Other stations, including Absolute and NME are up for one award each, and Bauer and GCap are nominated for a joint Nokia promotion. Beacon Radio is the only single station to receive four nominations in different categories – albeit for the same promotion.
