Key 103’s Cash for Kids Toy Appeal sent a convoy of branded trucks through Manchester city centre and out to Old Trafford to be greeted by the players and hundreds of local school children.
United stars Darren Fletcher and Danny Welbeck, who scored his first premiership goal on Saturday, collected toys and gifts from the crowd and bundled them in to a huge lorry ready for dispatch to underprivileged children across the region.
