The promotional teams at Bauer's North West FM stations will be on overtime this week as three major listener events take place within the space of 24 hours.
Radio City 96.7 and City Talk 105.9 host their annual Local Heroes Awards tonight (Tuesday) in the Royal Court Theatre, Liverpool, with performances from Lemar, Leon Jackson and Sharleen Spiteri.
The ceremony recognises the outstanding contributions of the people of Merseyside to their community and will see guest appearances from Liverpool FC’s Rafa Benitez and Fernando Torres along with Hollyoaks actors.
Then tomorrow from 12 noon until 5pm Key 103’s Jingle Ball takes place at Man City’s stadium with 800 guests, then Rock FM’s first annual Jingle Ball Rock takes place at the Blackpool Tower Ballroom. The line-up of artists has remained a secret and will be announced at the events.
