The Cash for Kids Toy Appeal at Bauer's Radio Aire this year has resulted in over £72,000 worth of gifts being handed out to sick, disabled and disadvantaged children in West Yorkshire.
Cash for Kids Charity Manager Ros Raine said: “It’s been the most amazing few weeks and I want to take this opportunity to thank everyone involved.
"From the hundreds of volunteers who helped collect, sort and distribute toys to all those that donated a gift. You have put a smile on thousands of children’s faces this Christmas. The office here at 96.3 Radio Aire and Magic 828 is still buzzing with people sorting and distributing toys and we will be doing so right until Christmas Eve – so it’s not too late to help out if you still have a gift to donate.”
