I’m A Celebrity star Nicola McLean swapped scraps from the jungle for champagne and canapés at the final 2008 Cash for Kids lunch today. She attended the party alongside some of today’s biggest pop stars.
The event, which took place at Glasgow’s Hilton Hotel, attracted acts including Leon Jackson and Same Difference as well as dance act, Basshunter. Also present was Scottish billionaire Tom Hunter who recently pledged £4million towards the charity which raises money for needy children in the west of Scotland.
Radio Clyde’s Station Director, Tracey McNellan said: “This was the second and final Cash for Kids celeb lunch of the year and what an event it was! Once again, we’re really pleased with the generosity of the people from the West of Scotland and we’re delighted that the celebrities took time out of their busy schedules to help make today very special.”
