The inaugural Radio Production Awards will take place later this year, with the nominations being announced next week in Manchester.
The nominations party will be held opposite the BBC on Oxford Road, on Tuesday 12th January.
BBC Radio 2 presenter Mark Radcliffe will host the evening, and invites are available by emailing events@radioacademy.org
The awards are in association with Hill Dickinson LLP, and presented by The Radio Academy and The Radio Independents Group. They are designed to recognise and celebrate the work of UK-based radio and audio producers.
