A numbers of London-based Global Radio stations, including Capital FM, Gold, XFM and LBC have off-air via DAB since around 5pm Wednesday.
The interruption to the services, which is still on-going at the time of writing, is due to flooding in a property close to the studios in Leicester Square.
Reports suggest some of the services have re-appeared whilst others are still complaining about the lack of service around the country, mostly via Twitter.
A Global Radio spokesperson told RadioToday: “A water leak from a nearby property earlier today affected the DAB output to a number of Global Radio stations. We apologise to our DAB listeners for any interruption and are working to restore the full service as soon as possible.”
.@xfm Not sure if you are aware, but you are off-air in East Anglia DAB… please sort as having to listen to Absolute #CantTakeAnymore
