Global’s Heart West Midlands is giving away a brand new £250,000 house, mortgage-free for life to one listener.
The three-bedroom detached Heart House is on the border of Hall Green and Shirley and comes with a fully fitted kitchen with appliances, en-suite and main bathrooms, carpets and a garden by builder Damson Homes, who is working with the station on the competition.
The station is asking its listeners to tell them why they deserve to win the new house. From a shortlist of the entries, Heart will hide fifty keys across the West Midlands for those listeners to find, with clues to the key locations being revealed on air by Heart Breakfast hosts Ed & Rachel. The bearers of the keys will then be invited to the grand final on Friday 25th October, where one key will open the front door to the brand new home.
