AudioUK creates event designed to connect agencies and brands with UK podcast creators

AudioUK is hosting an event designed to connect brands and agencies with the production houses and networks behind various UK podcasts.

The Power of Podcasting, presented in association with Universal Production Music, will provide an opportunity for agencies and brands to hear directly from the teams behind podcasts such as The Rest Is Entertainment, Oh God, What Now?, The Magnus Archives, 1984, Traitors Uncloaked, and The Apple & The Tree.

These podcasts have a wide audience reach, and the event will focus on how producers and networks engage with listeners and establish advertising partnerships.

The event will include presentations featuring first-party audience insights, case studies of brand campaigns, and discussions on advertising strategies in podcasting.

Attendees will also have a chance to win two advertising slots, each valued at £5,000, across Goalhanger’s ad inventory.

Chloe Straw, CEO of AudioUK, stated that the event aims to demonstrate the role of podcasts in media and their potential for brand engagement.

She highlighted that the showcase will focus on the creativity of UK podcast producers and networks and the outcomes they deliver for advertisers.
