Jazz FM unveils spring and summer schedule and festival promotions

Jazz FM has announced its upcoming schedule, featuring new and returning programmes, special series, and live festival broadcasts.

From 30th March until Easter, Jazz FM Loves Gospel will explore the genre’s influence on jazz, hosted by US gospel star Kirk Whalum.

On Easter Sunday, YolanDa Brown presents The Story of UK Gospel, highlighting its impact on British music with guests including David Grant and Guvna B.

Neil Cowley’s Keys to Success begins on International Piano Day (29th March), delving into the Hammond Organ, Fender Rhodes, Clavinet, and pianoforte.

Ben Bailey Smith (Doc Brown) returns with Vinyl Hour, and Binker Golding’s Music Therapy series marks Mental Health Awareness Week in May.

Jazz FM will also provide coverage of the Jazz FM Awards at KOKO on 24th April, with dedicated programming before and after the event. Summer festival broadcasts include Cheltenham Jazz Festival (May), Love Supreme Jazz Festival (July), and an international special from the Saint Lucia Jazz and Arts Festival.
