Bauer Media’s Magic 105.4 has returned to the most popular music radio station in London with 2.28 million listeners.
The station now has more listeners in the capital than BBC Radio 2 (2.27m) and last quarter’s commercial favourite Capital FM (2.07m). BBC Radio 4 however remains ahead of everyone with almost 3 million.
This quarter means the top 3 commercial stations in London are Magic, Capital, Heart compared with Capital FM, Heart Magic three months ago.
In a close 4th place is Kiss with just under 2 million and BBC Radio 1 with almost 1.9m.
At breakfast, Capital Breakfast with Johnny and Lisa remains on top with 1.14m listeners, followed by Magic with 845,000 and Heart with 792,000. Again in 4th place is Kiss with 789,000.
