BAFTA star hosts national show
Gavin and Stacey star Ruth Jones is set to present her own show on BBC Radio Wales this autumn.
The BAFTA-award winning actress and writer – best known as Nessa in the BBC hit show Gavin and Stacey, which she co-created with James Corden – will host her own two-hour programme on Sunday mornings from 10am till midday.
Radio Wales editor Sali Collins said: “Ruth is one of British comedy’s brightest stars and she’s Welsh to the core, so her collaboration with Radio Wales is a perfect fit."
The new 12-week show Ruth Jones’ Sunday Brunch is the first commission for Ruth’s Cardiff-based production company Sutherland Productions who will produce the show.
Ruth Jones’ Sunday Brunch starts on October 5th at 10am.
