The UK’s newest radio group has launched a new website along with a new corporate identity, matching the new logo for its Ireland counterpart.
Communicorp UK’s new design centres around a giant ‘C’ emerging from the middle of the single word COMMUNICORPUK, using red as its main colour. The new website features information about the brands it runs via a franchising agreement with Global, plus its classic rock station RealXS in Manchester.
The company has kept a low profile since taking over eight radio stations in April 2014, making them the fourth largest player in the industry, but the new About page lists all officers, directors, managers and heads of departments. It also confirms Laser House in Salford Quays as its UK headquarters.
Communicorp UK is an independent operating arm of Communicorp Group Ltd – Ireland’s largest holder of radio station contracts. It owns 27 stations in total, including ones located in Eastern Europe and the Middle East.
