Jazz FM’s Jazz Shapers programme will interview former Olympic gold medalist, now motivational coach, Kriss Akabusi MBE.
The special will air on Wednesday 25 July at 6pm, presented by Mishcon de Reya’s Director of Business Development, Elliot Moss.
The show, which shares music from the risk takers, leaders and influencers of jazz, soul, funk and blues, will hear Kriss talk about who inspired him to get into athletics at the age of 16, how he managed to keep focused during his numerous global track and field events and how his ten years as an athlete led him to his ‘magnum opus’, setting up corporate communications and training company, Akabusi Company, and The Akabusi Charitable Trust helping 16-24 year olds engage in the business world.
