Former Deputy Programme Director of Heart London and Network Manager for Heart, Rick Simmonds, has joined Celador Radio Broadcasting Network Director of The Breeze.
Rick will join the group on Monday 15th April and will be based at Celador’s South Broadcast Centre in Southampton.
Rick began his radio career in 1991 as a presenter at Dorset’s 2CRFM. He followed this by taking on a producer role at Classic FM and as a presenter at Fox FM, Southern FM and Invicta FM.
As well as his most recent position at Heart, Rick was also a regular producer for the national chart, the Vodafone Big Top 40 from 2009.
Celador now owns 15 ‘Breeze’ branded radio stations in the South and South West, along with three JACK fm stations.
