UKRD Chief Executive spreads the word

The Arbitration Service, ACAS has invited UKRD Chief Executive, William Rogers to give a keynote speech on values and engagement within the workplace.

UKRD, which has been accredited as the Number 1 Sunday Times Top 100 Best Company to Work For in both 2011 and 2012 was recently again confirmed for 2013 as a Three Star “extra-ordinary” company to work for by the Best Companies organisation and Rogers himself was the Sunday Times Top 100 “Best Leader 2012”

“We are passionate about engaging and developing the people at UKRD and I am really delighted to have been asked to represent our group at what will be a really interesting and important conference,” William told RadioToday.

“I have been asked to focus specifically upon our values based culture and what that means in practice, the challenges in delivering such a programme of change and what the results lead to in real practical terms.”

“There is no question that the only real difference between businesses is their culture and people and it’s crucial that those who work in any organisation are put at the heart of policies shaping a company’s future,” he said.

UKRD owns and operates 16 local commercial radio stations in the UK.
