UKRD Group named best, 3rd time in a row

For the third year in a row, UKRD Group has been named as being the Number One Sunday Times Top 100 Best Company to Work For.

In addition, Rogers himself received an award for being the “Sunday Times Best Leader” of a mid-sized company for 2013 for the second year running.

“This is a simply extraordinary thing for our company to achieve,” said Chief Executive William Rogers. “It’s a real tribute to all our managers and teams who have built a truly remarkable company in which to work, one which places our values based culture at the heart of everything we do and are.”

ukrdThe awards took place at The Battersea Arena in London and were hosted by the BBC’s Kate Silverton, who presented the UKRD team with its trophy on the night.

Hundreds of thousands of people are confidentially researched across thousands of businesses across the UK to establish which of those represent the highest standards of engagement in eight different factors from Personal Development and Leadership to Company and Management. UKRD has delivered some of the highest ever recorded scores within the mid-company company profiles examined.

“We are very proud of our values based culture in UKRD and if anyone suggests that you cannot combine a people first approach with commercial rigour, they are simply wrong. Our portfolio continues to out-perform the part of the sector in which we operate, we continue to grow our workforce, improving their terms and conditions year on year and our shareholders have the benefit of increasing dividends delivered on the back of continuing commercial success,” said Rogers.
