For the third year in a row, UKRD Group has been named as being the Number One Sunday Times Top 100 Best Company to Work For.
In addition, Rogers himself received an award for being the “Sunday Times Best Leader” of a mid-sized company for 2013 for the second year running.

The awards took place at The Battersea Arena in London and were hosted by the BBC’s Kate Silverton, who presented the UKRD team with its trophy on the night.
Hundreds of thousands of people are confidentially researched across thousands of businesses across the UK to establish which of those represent the highest standards of engagement in eight different factors from Personal Development and Leadership to Company and Management. UKRD has delivered some of the highest ever recorded scores within the mid-company company profiles examined.
